What’s considered failing?

Restaurants that score anything below a 70 (out of 100) on it’s health inspection is failing, according to the Fulton County Environmental Health Services Department.

    Why is it so difficult to operate a clean and sanitary restaurant? Lazy employees hired by lazy managers. It doesn’t take a lot of training to operate a clean establishment but it does take integrity.
