Krog Street Market is a retail redevelopment project featuring the adaptive re-use/conversion of a 1920’s single-story manufacturing/warehouse facility into a vibrant and tasteful retail project. KSM will offer and feature lifestyle retail and restaurant tenants situated around the first urban market of its kind in Atlanta. KSM in aggregate totals more than 35,000 SF of leasable space and in many ways it is unique unto itself. Paces Properties acquired the KSM property as part of a larger assemblage of properties along Krog St., most notably, The Stove Works, a mixed-use project located at 112 Krog St., in October, 2012.

Construction of Krog Street Market began in June 2013. Paces will deliver individual suites to tenants for their interior work this fall. KSM tenants are projected to be open for business this winter.
