What’s considered failing?
Restaurants that score anything below a 70 (out of 100) on it’s health inspection is failing, according to the Fulton County Environmental Health Services Department.

Not surprised about P’Cheen. This place used to have a sterling reputation but its gone down hill. I went for lunch there last week. Service was awful and the food was tasteless. Their barbecue concept on the west side has good service but the barbecue was awful and the sides were uninspired.

Unbelievable… Fulton Co. Govt. Cafe gets a 59. Now that’s pathetic!
